NUCLEOFILL
RANGE
biorestructuring and long-lasting lifting with polymerised polynucleotides
Nucleofill Range is the new line of natural polynucleotide-based bio-stimulating gels, with high viscosity, to protect and rejuvenate skin.
From bio-revitalization to bio-restructuring
The concept of bio-revitalization includes the use of substances which are mainly capable of improving cellular homeostasis. Amino acids, vitamins and high molecular weight linear hyaluronic acid are at the basis of these techniques.
Bio-restructuring is based on the use of cellular mediators, whose function is to stimulate the cell to produce better and in greater quantities.
Polynucleotides (PN)
Poly Desoxy ribonucleotides (PDRN) or generically Polyribonucleotides (PN) are molecules with proven effectiveness able to determine, among other things, increased skin tone (lifting effect) and increased hydration.
Injective products based on PN are references which may be effectively injected both through basic techniques and advanced ones.
They are easily purifiable products, therefore, formulated to minimize allergic risks, safe for the patient and for the doctor.
Pharmacokinetics
Hydration (swelling effect) 1-2 h
Metabolic activation (link to the receptors) 48 h
Enzymatic degradation 7-10 days
Complete elimination 15 days
The unique features of Nucleofill: Bio-stimulating with long lasting effect
The bio-restructuring effect is given both by the presence of nucleoside structures capable of activating cell membrane receptors, and by metabolites that are produced by the enzymatic attack during the degradation process.
A slow and continuous effect.
Nucleofill Range
The new product of the NucleofillTM line with natural derivation, highly purified Polynucleotidic matrix are able to activate processes of skin bio – regeneration both at the deep level (adipose and bone tissue), and at the level of dermis (fibroblastic stimulation).
Nucleofill Range determines three types of effects at the cutaneous level:
- Effect in the dermo-epidermal layer
- Hydrating effect, thanks to the ability of the polynucleotidic matrices of binding water and direction it three-dimensionally in the tissue.
- Long term anti-oxidant effect, thanks to the chemical structure able to absorb free radicals by blocking the effects of these carriers at cellular level.
- Stimulating effect at fibroblastic level: receptor activation ( CD39 and CD40) increases in the production of collagen of type 1.
- “Gym effect” due to the transformation of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts, thus providing a unique lifting effect.
- Effect at vascular level
- At the vascular level, polynucleotides cause an increase in cell proliferation with a relative angiogenic effect.
- Effect at vascular level
Increasing vascularity and blood flow.
- The stimulation of A2 receptors improves vascularization by reducing the possibility of having edema and accumulations of hemosiderin.
This effect is particularly important both at the level of the periocular area and at the level of the hair bulb.
- Effect at the level of deep tissues
Activation of A2 receptors with lipolysis reduction in the adipocytes and promotion of the lipogenic effect.
The effects of aging in the periocular area
The action of nucleotides in deep tissue is particularly important when analyzing tissue aging.
With aging there is a reduction of the deep fat layers with relative sliding of the superficial tissues that no longer have the support of the adipose base.
This is very important in the aging of the face and in a special way in the subperiocular area.
The bone structure also tends to change, reducing in thickness and accentuating the infraorbital gaps but, above all, reducing the structural support of tissues.
